David Guadagnoli and Amy Sheridan presented a "Legal and Regulatory Update" at the Employee Benefit Plan Virtual Conference, which was sponsored by the MSCPA and took place on May 28, 2020. 

Amy and David examined the fast-changing retirement plan landscape and how the recent passing of the SECURE Act will impact retirement plans and affect your clients. They also shared updates on the IRS voluntary correction (EPCRS) front, discussed late deposit issues and corrections, new development involving plan documents and determination letters and other isues and trends panelists observed.
