Current Hot Topics in US Employment Law

Michael Student was a speaker at KPMG Finland's event, "The Internationalization of Working Life - What Should Employers Know About Foreign Labor Legislation and Employers' Obligations?," on March 1, 2018. Mr. Student delivered an address entitled “Current Hot Topics in US Employment Law.”  

The event focused on a number of labor laws in foreign countries, especially those in which Finnish corporations have operations. Labor laws from Russia, Sweden, Estonia, the United States, Germany and Brazil received special attention.
