CEO/CFO Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation

David A. Guadagnoli presented "CEO/CFO Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation" at the 2016 Annual Conference of the New England ESOP Corporation (NEESOP). He discussed how nonqualified deferred compensation can be used to meet a company’s goals. Mr. Guadagnoli focused on the types of nonqualified deferred compensation that are commonly used in ESOP companies and when and how they can be used to reward and incentivize selling shareholders and key management employees.
