David Guadagnoli moderated the program "Beyond the Basics: Compliance (Level 2): Dealing with the HR & Benefits Realities of Being a Multi-State Business," offered through the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) on November 30, 2022.

The program was designed to help HR and benefits professionals and those who support them make informed decisions and manage the risks associated with the reality of operating in multiple states or simply having employees working from multiple states.

Daniel Ryan led the kick-off panel and discussed issues including business registration, “nexus” for tax purposes, payroll and withholding issues and unemployment and workers’ compensation issues.
