US Elections Cast Doubt on the Future of US Tax Reform

Douglas S. Stransky was quoted in the article, “US Elections Cast Doubt on the Future of US Tax Reform,” published in International Tax Review on November 5, 2020.  

In the article, Doug commented on how the Biden administration would seek to eliminate many of the tax changes made by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Acts in 2017.  Doug said that under the Biden administration, multinationals’ tax bills are likely to increase, although with the Senate looking like it will remain under Republican control, it may be difficult for the Biden administration to enact its tax proposals.
