Sullivan & Worcester Partner Lindsey Getz Named Firm’s 2022 Fellow to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Boston, MA - Sullivan & Worcester LLP announced today that Corporate partner Lindsey Getz has been selected as the firm’s 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow.

Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program is an intensive, year-long mentoring initiative that cultivates the diversity leaders of tomorrow and provides Fellows with personal and professional development opportunities. More than 250 law firms are LCLD members and participate in the organization’s programs.

Lindsey advises both public and private companies, with an emphasis on public REITs, as to a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Such matters include securities law compliance, disclosure and periodic reporting, stock exchange listing and compliance and corporate organization and governance matters. She regularly counsels clients in public equity and debt offerings and other secured and unsecured debt financings. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women's Leadership Program, Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
