Sullivan & Worcester Adds Trial Lawyer from DLA Piper Daniel Rosenfeld in Boston

Boston, MA – International law firm Sullivan & Worcester announced that Daniel E. Rosenfeld has joined the firm’s Boston office as a partner in the Litigation Group. Rosenfeld, who previously was a partner at DLA Piper, focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, including product liability matters, multidistrict toxic tort and mass tort litigation, and labor and employment issues.

"Dan’s breadth of experience, particularly with technology and insurance companies, aligns well with our expanding client base," said Joel Carpenter, Managing Partner of Sullivan. "He is a seasoned litigator and we’re pleased he’s joined us at Sullivan, and our clients will benefit from having him on board."

With a practice that is national in scope, Rosenfeld has led trial teams at the state and federal level, and has litigated appeals in the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Third and Seventh Circuits and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has litigated matters regarding employment, antitrust, class action defense work and intellectual property cases.

Selected by his legal peers as a Massachusetts Superlawyer, a New England Superlawyer and for the Superlawyers – Corporate Counsel Edition, Rosenfeld has a strong commitment to pro bono work. He’s most recently involved with Greater Boston Legal Services and the Massachusetts Advocates for Children.
