Sullivan Welcomes New Corporate Partner Thomas Huszar to New York Office
Boston and New York – International law firm Sullivan (previously known as Sullivan & Worcester) today announced that Thomas Huszar has joined the firm as a partner in the New York City office. Formerly partner and chair of the Corporate & Securities Department at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, Huszar focuses his broad transactional practice on advising public and private businesses and high-net worth individuals regarding a range of strategic and operational issues.

Huszar represents both public and private companies, acting as general counsel to many of his clients. He provides insights and direction on all aspects of business operations, including growth plans, succession planning, disposition considerations and risk management for clients in a variety of industries, including financial and professional services, real estate, e-commerce and technology, manufacturing and distribution, food, beverage and hospitality, among others.

Huszar earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law and an MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, graduating magna cum laude. Huszar is a member of The New York City Bar Association.
