Sullivan Associate Amanda Montano Joins LexisPSL’s Inaugural Banking & Finance "Next Generation Board"
London, UK - Global law firm Sullivan & Worcester is delighted to announce that London associate Amanda Montano has been appointed to LexisPSL’s Inaugural Banking & Finance ‘Next Generation Board’.
Amanda, who is dual qualified in both England and Wales and New York, has been an associate at Sullivan in London for four years and advises on trade credit, professional negligence and transactional disputes. She also advises clients on commercial insurance arrangements supporting structured trade, commodity and pre-export financing.
The board will—for the first time—bring together the next generation of banking and finance lawyers to discuss recent developments in this space with a view to producing thought leadership for Lexis PSL and its sister publication, the Journal of International Banking and Finance Law (JIBFL).
In her role, Amanda will seek to build upon her work as a regular contributor to Sullivan’s Talking Trade Finance blog, which covers the latest legal updates in the trade and export finance industry.

This follows the recent appointment of Sullivan partner Simon Cook who joined the Executive Board of the International Trade and Forfaiting Association (ITFA), the worldwide trade association for companies, financial institutions and intermediaries engaged in global trade, forfaiting, supply chain and receivables financing, with as Head of Education.
