Sullivan Advises Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp. in HUB Cyber Security Merger
Tel Aviv, Israel - Sullivan is representing Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: RNER), a U.S. publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, in its merger with HUB Cyber Security (TASE: HUB), a Tel-Aviv based developer of Confidential Computing cybersecurity solutions and services. Upon closing, which is expected to occur during the third quarter of 2022, the combined company will operate under the name "Hub Security" and is expected to be listed on NASDAQ as "HUBC."
