Sullivan Adds Real Estate Counsel in Boston
BOSTON – International law firm Sullivan (formerly known as Sullivan & Worcester LLP) today announced that Jessica Graf has joined the Real Estate Group as counsel in Boston. Formerly with Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Graf counsels clients on all aspects of environmental law, including transactional and compliance matters, permitting, enforcement, crisis management and response services, training, environmental management systems, and legislative and regulatory issues. She has extensive experience with tax incentives available for renewal energy products, including Production Tax Credits (PTC), Investment Tax Credits (ITC), and U.S. Treasury Grants.
Graf received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Wheaton College and J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law.
