London Team Completes 500km Challenge for Homeless and Housing Charity, Shelter

July 1, 2020

A team of five people from the London office, Hannah Fearn, Will Kark, Alex Swayne, Fiona Luong and Rajan Dhami had planned to complete the Vertical Rush challenge in March to raise money for charity, Shelter. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event was cancelled.

As the team had successfully raised over £1000 for the charity they decided to complete another challenge, collectively running, walking or rowing 500km in one month. During the month, the team woke up early, ran though their lunchbreaks and rowed in the evenings to reach the 500km target. On June 30, the team successfully completed 514km (which is about the distance from London to Edinburgh!) and raised over £1000 for Shelter. Thank you to everyone who donated and go Team!
