I.D. Systems buys Israeli telematics co Pointer for $140m

Sullivan acted as US and Israeli counsel to Pointer Telocation Ltd., in the transaction for its sale valued at $140 million in cash and stocks.

Pointer Telocation is traded on the NASDAQ and TASE and is a leading provider of innovative telematics and mobile IoT solutions to the automotive, insurance and logistics (cargo, assets and containers) industries.

The Sullivan team included, among others, Howard Berkenblit, Scott Kaufman, Ed Miller and Doug Stransky.
