Geoffrey Wynne Explains the UK’s Electronic Trade Documents Bill

Geoffrey Wynne has been interviewed for the Trade Finance Distribution Initiative – Open Access, discussing the Electronic Trade Documents Bill recently introduced to the UK Parliament. In this introduction, Geoff discusses how the Bill will look to formalise trade documents as digital assets, and address the associated issues of security, ownership and the transfer of those digital assets within the trade and trade finance system.
