Angela Gomes Selected as Trustee to Boston Bar Foundation

Boston, MA - Sullivan is pleased to announce that Angela Gomes, co-leader of Sullivan's REITs Group and Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, has been selected as a Trustee of the Boston Bar Foundation for 2021-2022.

BBA officers and council members will set Boston Bar Foundation priorities, make major financial decisions, and provide crucial oversight of the slate of impactful and charitable projects, organizations and initiatives it supports through its robust granting program.

Angie has served as a member of the Public Interest Leadership Program, the New Lawyers Forum, the Adams Benefit Steering Committee, the Law Day Steering Committee, and the Joint Finance Committee. She is a member of the BBF Society of Fellows and the BBA Council. Angela is a past president of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association. Beyond the BBA, Angela has been actively involved in pro bono work and was awarded Boston University’s Alumni Pro Bono Award in 2014. She also serves on the Board of Directors for a number of nonprofit organizations.
