Ameek Ashok Ponda Named a Leading Lawyer by The Legal 500 United States

Ameek Ashok Ponda has been named to the "Leading Lawyers" list by The Legal 500 United States, a guide to outstanding lawyers nationwide, in the area of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Mr. Ponda is among 15 lawyers from across the country who were named to the list.

Mr. Ponda concentrates his practice in structuring corporate mergers and acquisitions, advising emerging companies on financing and business issues, designing REIT transactions and financial instruments and working on cross-border financings and acquisitions.
