Sullivan Wins 'Best Trade Finance Law Firm' for Second Year Running and Two Deals of the Year Awards at GTR Leaders in Trade Awards 2016

London, UK; May 24, 2017 - Sullivan is delighted to announce that it was named 'Best Trade Finance Law Firm 2016' at the Global Trade Review (GTR) Leaders in Trade Awards, held last night in London. It is the second year in a row the firm has won this accolade.

Sullivan was also very pleased to win two GTR Deals of the Year 2016 Awards. The firm was named the winner of the US$60mn+ structured supplier credit facility for its work advising Investec and Dints International in relation to a unique Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) contract with Gold Fields Ghana. The firm also won an award for its work advising JPMorgan on a landmark US$34.8mn UK Export Finance (UKEF) loan agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government for a major regional water project. Both deals were led by London partner Mark Norris
