Douglas S. Stransky wrote an article entitled "Breaking the Corporate Tax Reform Logjam," that appeared February 18, 2015 on The Hill's Congress Blog. In the article, Mr. Stransky writes that the corporate tax income rules need to be fixed, but differences between the parties in Congress have stymied reform efforts. To move the process forward, Mr. Stransky recommends that the Republicans use the same procedure used by the Democrats to pass portions of the Affordable Care Act:  budget reconciliation.
