New Transparency in Coverage federal regulations require group health plans to disclose, in machine-readable files (MRFs), on a public website information regarding in-network provider rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services. The MRFs for our plans appear below. The files are required to be updated monthly.
