We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Tax Group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience advising clients on tax matters including corporate mergers and acquisitions; partnerships, LLCs and joint ventures; real estate investment trusts; regulated investment companies; and capital market transactions. The candidate must have an excellent academic background, strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be detail-oriented and self-motivated. All candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Associate, Capital Markets — New York

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Capital Markets Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience handling critical components of a capital markets transaction from start to finish. The candidate’s experience should include public equity and debt offerings, IPOs, and SEC reporting and corporate governance matters. M&A experience is a plus. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be detail-oriented and self-motivated. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
