Sullivan & Worcester, a limited liability partnership, provides professional legal services with offices in London, Boston, New York and Washington, DC.  

Policy

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business and supply chain. Our commitment reflects our values of being a responsible business that operates ethically and with integrity. 

Supply Chains

Our principal third party suppliers are businesses which supply services related to the running of our business such as IT and technology, stationery and supplies, office cleaners, security, and professional services needed to deliver our legal services to clients. 

Sullivan & Worcester expects our suppliers to adopt the same high standards that we adhere to and have fair employment practices. We do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.

Due Diligence

We remain vigilant to ensure that our vendors and contractors are committed to ensuring slavery, human trafficking and child labour have no place in their operations. We will continue to review our vendor contracts and sourcing processes periodically to ensure that our zero tolerance policy towards slavery, unlawful child labour and human trafficking is upheld.

This statement is for the financial year ending 31 December 2022, in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
